So I decided to cast Firefly with the cast of The Avengers
Mal - Captain America
Zoe - Black Widow
Wash - Iron Man
Jayne - Maria Hill
Book - Nick Fury
River - Hulk
Simon - Phil Coulson
Kaylee - Thor
Inara - Hawkeye
I’m not particularly thrilled with the castings for Simon and Jayne, but nobody else really fit into those roles. Nick Fury feels like he’d be better as Badger than as Book, to be honest, but I think he fits as Book reasonably well.
